Nowadays we have become more used to giving value to materialistic things since we have grown up to be materially oriented. We drain our time, energy and mental focus thinking about the things others have and we don’t. We never get a peace of mind because we are always trying to outperform others.

Human beings are social beings meaning we depend on others to survive. However, not everyone thinks the best for you and some people only want to bring negativity into your life. 4. It is okay to ask for help
Some people are too stubborn to ask for help even when they desperately need it. We think we are independent and there is nothing we can’t do. This doesn’t make you less competent. Don’t dehumanize yourself because making mistakes is a part of being a human.
5. Let go of the past
Some people hold on to the past too strong which makes it difficult for them to focus on what they have at the present. Living in the past will prevent you from moving forward and reaching your full potential.
6. Stop obsessing and worrying about the future
Of course we should think about and plan our future, but thinking about all the possible things that could fail you will never enjoy the present. You can’t predict the future, so just relax and let things flow. The things you do now will reflect in the future, so make sure you do your best today to make a better tomorrow.
