Anger
1. Find the why: If you find yourself in a difficult situation, think about why that could be happening. That way you will be able to realize how you can adjust your actions in order to change your current course.
2. Plan the next step: After realizing why, think of a new plan for your next step in order to prevent and avoid any undesirable future situation.
3. Say something nice: It can be to a family member, friend or any random person in public. Saying something nice to someone can make you feel much better and it can even change your day for the better.
4. Choose love: If you keep getting negative vibes from someone you don’t have to return the same way. Instead, choose love, send them blessings, help them or do something nice for them.
5. Laugh: The quickest way to diffuse negative energy is laughter. Tell a good joke when in the middle of a tough situation and get a good laugh. The good vibes will help you feel better.
Sadness
